He looks strong
But don't be fooled, it takes strongmen an hour to put their knee wraps on Grin

Haha, no we were banging the sets out. His conditioning is real good!

He was Squatting 320 for reps at the end of an hours Squatting last night, then went and pulled a 420 deadlift.
And he was calm and relaxed, just like before the brits.
Yeah, I'm thinking Loz for top brit this year.

Should you not be more concerned with other competitors than being top brit. I know being top brit is not what im thinking about

It's all about being WSM. You said last year it doesn't matter about the final or the podium. It's about winning the whole thing, so being top Brit wasn't your main objective!

Hall won viking and squat last year and still didn't qualify. Not sure how much his events have come on this year. Let's hope he can pick up some points and qualify.

You and Loz will both place very well again, if you dont pick up any injuries

I haven't seen the non brit entrants compete in the flesh this year, so I can't give a fair opinion on them. I have seen pretty much all the brits compete this year and on that basis I think he will do very well.
Obviously if he comes back the champion, even better!
Ok, I will reword my original statement - I think Loz has the best chance out of the brits to win the overall this year.

Don't get me wrong, I would love any of the brits to bring the Crown home this year. Like you said after your last comp, multi-day comps suit you better, so it may well be your year.
As a group I think it's the strongest brit showing for many a year.

I agree. We will see what happens. I know I'm a far better strongman at wsm than one day contests. Been beaten by loads of guys in one day shows over the the years that can't beat me at wsm

I guess having more experience at WSM than any other competitor has to be a factor in this too
