Yes def rushed it!...it was all the adrenaline from the wraps lol- I bloody loved it!

Bench felt really fast today.. I concentrated on making sure my lats were super tight and I also went a bit wider on my grip and I am surprised to say that this grip was just perfect! I am def going to keep the wider grip for any future comps as result from the wider grip my lock seemed a lot more stronger

Really happy with my technique with wearing the suit for the first time.. I def could have gone a lot heavier as it was hard getting down and i was so amazed on how fast I came up lol.
