I felt like this today after a heavy volume session of deadlifts.. even though I'm eating 7 meals a day.

Yes I felt really confident in the suit.. I feel like I've been lifting equipped for years.

Really happy with my technique with wearing the suit for the first time.. I def could have gone a lot heavier as it was hard getting down and i was so amazed on how fast I came up lol.

Wraps didn't feel beneficial and struggled to get deep enough. Sure it will improve.

Remembered on way home that I competed 4 days ago and yesterday had a 13.5hour day plus 2 driving.

Onwards...


Nice that you have tried the wraps out.. but maybe you need a little bit more rest after comp. The driving won't help either.

Bench felt really fast today.. I concentrated on making sure my lats were super tight and I also went a bit wider on my grip and I am surprised to say that this grip was just perfect! I am def going to keep the wider grip for any future comps as result from the wider grip my lock seemed a lot more stronger

Yes def rushed it!...it was all the adrenaline from the wraps lol- I bloody loved it!
