Lol Wraps didn't feel beneficial and struggled to get deep enough. Sure it will improve. Remembered on way home that I competed 4 days ago and yesterday had a 13.5hour day plus 2 driving. Onwards... Nice that you have tried the wraps out.. but maybe you need a little bit more rest after comp. The driving won't help either. Nice workout though | |||

I concentrated on making sure my lats were super tight and I also went a bit wider on my grip and I am surprised to say that this grip was just perfect! I am def going to keep the wider grip for any future comps as result from the wider grip my lock seemed a lot more stronger | |||
