is there any danger of the immense weight hurting you tom ?

It would hurt me if it didn't move and I resorted to excessive rounding to get it moving then found myself in an awful position where I had to really grind at it to pull it to lockout, but as long as I'm disciplined (enough) I guess it's either going to get moving and then be relatively easy to lock it out, or it just won't move at all. If it doesn't move at all I'm not going to hurt myself unless I keep pulling and pulling, I don't know... I feel fine now though!


There might be more there on another day, but that was it today! It might look easier than it is, because the real work is done in just getting it moving, the rest is always easy as long as you get it moving, but you can't see how difficult it was to get it to move...

No need for a tape measure. 18" is the diameter of a standard 25kg plate and in that front-on video the distance from the floor to the bar looks more than that, that's all.
