Thanks Neil,going to try 3x215 for a pb on Thursday,i think the box squats have alot to do with the improvement.Happy

just noticed on the 2007 deadlift id that you are keeping you bicep under strain and there is a small bend too. cant really see it in the second one but this might of but to much strain on your right bicep in the deadlift

Yes Neil your spot on.I tend to try and curl the weight with my hook grip hand,its bad form and a result of training on my own.
Ironically i tore the bicep in the gym but id only just joined.The lads heard it go pop 20yards away Eek .
