Ok i have until sept, with nothing to do other than train, sleep and eat. Just wondering what people would recommend with all this time a 3/4 day split just doesnt seem enough?

train twice a day gym stuff in the morning events in the evening

or you could just go perving

After 18th Aug I should have the weekdays free, so thinking about just adding in events training and plyo stuff. Need to sort out how many training days but thinking about just playing it by ear?
