Thought I would start doing Some yoke training for livingston comp at the end of the year . Think I need to get used to carrying weight while moving . The hips and lower back need alot more work cant complain to much after morning DL session .

Lovely sunny afternoon so done a round robin of events instead of a gym session and got missus to film however she is having probs trying to send from phone to youtube will start getting them on soon as I dont have a clue !

Sore session but got it done farmers pick ups are a big effort so will train pick ups in my sessions ..
And Sack carry is blowing my hamstrings !
lots and lots to work to do ...
Got 2 Comps before xmas and Focus being on U 105S next year with a few opens see how the weight goes over the winter .

Well 1st vid I have tried to upload , how do you get vid on journal so you can just lick to play instead of link ?Confused

press the little TV screen at the side of the post, near the bold and underline icons then paste the link between there. Bu you only need the bit after the v= ..... So it will look like Ui498JanN or something .

There is the other one mate.

You click on the little box that looks like a screen and it gives you the youtube tags, and put just the stuff after the / on the youtube address in between. In this case YfQjsIGRq6k
