Did anyone take advantage of the free items you got for buying stuff from the sale?

I bought a pair of socks for 2 quid just so I'd get a pack of Pro Milk cartons and a shaker free.

Pretty good deal!

lol. It's a juvenile term for faecal matter that I should have grown out of long ago. As I say I didn't like them too much, but the Mrs did. Out of a cross section of 2 you got a good 50%. Out of 10 you may have got 90%, and out of a 100 99%. I didn't dislike them enough to tell people not to buy them. Just that I wouldn't.
It felt to me like taste had been compromised at the expense of protein content. No bad thing if you want protein content, but in pancakes I personally expect a different taste. I didn't think they made a very flippable consistency either. A bit thin and fluffy. Maybe I made them wrong? TBH I don't struggle to consume enough protein with the (very flavour-able) unflavoured whey that you guys turn out. I think if I were to try out freebies I would have opted for something a bit more 'on the go' and ready prepared.
Tell you what. I have plenty left over. I'll give them another go over the weekend and report in.
Incidentally, pancakes aside since my last purchase I have recommended myprotein to 3 other people, and know that 2 of them have made purchases. Maybe 3. For feedback references, I'm acutely aware that customer satisfaction is the difference between expectation and service, and as such I'm very satisfied. and you can take that to the bank. Happy

Haha cheers chap.

I really appreciate your thoughts. I am quite into my shakes too, mainly for their speed and convenience.

Glad to hear of your recomendations too. All good.

I want to buy some bcaa's from your website but am not sure which one is the best one for me?

For this particular product I am after the highest quality powder that you stock regardless of price...

If you can let me know which that is I can purchase it today....and with this being a public forum of anybody else knows which item this is please again let me know

I haven't got round to trying the mix again. I've looked at the packets, and thought to myself "I must try the pancakes again", but I haven't. It's on my list though.

PhillippeHalter - they are all quality products as they are all BCAA, but it depends upon your particular needs.

iBCAA - instantised to improve solubility in water. A common problem with BCAAs is that they are not readily soluble.

BCAA peptides - these are a mixture of freeform, di and tri peptides, which should be slightly faster in getting them from the gut into the bloodstream.

Myprotein also do a range of BCAA in pill form, although personally I would have to take quite a lot of these to make them comparable to the powder.

Personally I would go for the iBCAA ( http://www.myprotein.com/sports-nutrition/ibcaa/10636978.html ), although for certain things I get up to, I use BCAA peptides.

All the best,
J

Hi MP. Just thought I'd give you all a chuck up on here.

Been using your products for over 8 years. They have served me well when I was a youth, whilst completing some of the most arduous training in the forces and now on my weight loss. I'm particularly enjoying the V System multivitamins. I feel great thoughout the day and sleep like a log at night., which is great if I didn't keep missing alarms!

One downside, however, is that your protein mocha mix is... Not very easy to make. Other then that I'm probably sticking with MP for life!
