What's your thoughts on one legged drills?

Not racing this year so going to get back in the gym

The plan is to run 531 with a conditioning day on Saturdays

Best lifts at the moment

Bench 100kg x 3

Squat 180kg

Press strict 60kg

Dead 215kg

Front squat 130kg

Power clean 70kg x 5


old max
squat 200kg / wraps 230kg / single ply briefs 275kg
deadlift 300kg
over headpress 145kg
bench press close grip 147kg
powerclean 120kg

All these Max's are consertive but I ain't that strong because I been sat on bike for the las year or so.

Will pull a bigger weight on the deadlift this week prob be around 140kg ish

Body weight is up from 86kg to 95kg

Goals are
Bench 100kg DONE
Press strict 90kg
Squat 200kg
Dead 220kg DONE
Front squat 160kg
Power clean 100kg
10 overhand pull ups
15 body weight dips DONE

A few reasons but main one is I hate been a skinny weakling

Yeah I will be back at Ralls I was down last Sunday with Andy did a bit of squatting

No I won't be doing going conditioning and won't be going over 110kg which ain't that heavy for 6ft3

I will still go out on my bike in summer but it's not my priority
