You're putting up some very respectable squat numbers as of recent times! Your triples are off the hook. Do you reckon you have more than a 170 in you on the squat?
Very nice log too. I tried to pushpress a 70kg log once and it wasn't really going anywhere. They're heavy!!

I reckon I could've doubled the 170 last week but didn't want to get too cheeky! 400 lbs is the target for the end of august (182.5).

I'm thinking about a debut comp soon. What one you maybe gonna do?

That's great squatting. I totally understand what you mean by not getting cheeky though haha. I was wanting to do the competition at the palace of arts at the end of this month but it's beginning to look like I wont have enough money to do it Unhappy

I was thinking of maybe going with Scottish Powerlifting. I don't ever see myself as being a threat to any good lifters but I'd like to know I can squat to competition standard Happy
