I was wanting to do the competition at the palace of arts at the end of this month but it's beginning to look like I wont have enough money to do it | ||

Fronties 60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 3 120 x 3 130 x 2 3F Bench 60 x 3 80 x 3 100 x 3 110 x 3 90 x 10 I think the frontie fail was down to doing some ab rolling on Monday. I must do abs every session! | ||
