Had to miss a session Saturday annoyingly with an occular migraine or at least that seems to be the diagnosis.

Got my full week in though last week thankfully!

So it's a jump with height and distance so you and over a box for example in one. I like jumps as a second exercise after a main lift, I find that gives me the most power.
