WS14 9JE events: these events could be subject to change: 1: 130kg log lift from floor 2: farmers walk (250kg) for distance 3: van lift 300kg plus 4: stones 5: pole push or truck pull or ? new event that is work in progress I'm in great need for sponsors, event sponsors at £250 pre event if you know of any company whom maybe willing to part will funds! (well apart from the possible pole push which is inherently unfair, doesnt get the real order of athletes and big injury risk - and not interesting to watch IMO) Log weight looks nice and will get a good spread between the guys. Interesting to see farmers for distance - its been a long while since the last time on this level of competition? Will try to make it down to watch if i can for sure. | ||

Member 370, 1520 posts SQ 285, BP 185, DL 302.5772.5 kgs @ 94kgs Eq | i just thought being the englands open final it would be uper heavy.. that only the strong survive comp has 140kg log for reps and a 320kg plus deadlift, 150kg farmers,, just seems strange that englands is not super heavy?? not that im complaining!! Still gret events mate.. i would love to do it? is the deadlift side handles or bar? farmers for distance is good, do you have a turn on the farmers?? | ||

The deadlift is van deadlift, but with a bar at the front! I failed 300KG on it Saturday, so am f**ked LOL I presume the farmers will be a turn at 20 or 25m | ||

Log is just as heavy as WORLDS deadlift as Carl says will probs be very heavy Farmers, 125kg each hand is heavy for distance, when you see havery one it more like a super yoke running 2omts in a line. stones are very heavry with the first at 130kg and the last one a 200kg May we find the strongest man in England.
