I am, however, a smidgen over 6 foot 7, so as you can imagine most of my failures in pushing decent numbers in the squat and bench come down to: 1) Having a mile to travel to reach the required reversing point. 2) Being made of pipe cleaners and bendy straws. 3) Being weak as a kitten and not much good at either. I am, however, entertaining the idea of squatting more than once a week. And getting the old belt back on for squats irresepctive of that after the 1s cycle of this 531. | ||

Going to be doing a seperate back day from now on. How bodybuildy. | ||
