Was going to do some squats, just for s**ts and giggles, but the bent over row (for row read shrug) t**ts were already ironing the crease out of their trousers in the squat rack, so I resigned myself to going on the rowing machine. 2000 meteres in 6:57 - Not bad for the first time in ages.
5 x 10 x Hanging leg raises.
Foam roller.

Thanks very much. Rather than the usual greying out I experience after a heavy lift, I actually had the new and interesting flanging sensation to my hearing. I had a sit down after that.

Military Press (3s Wave)
Worked up to 9 x 42.5kg
Military 5 x 10 x 32.5kg - Revelatory moment that looking up really seems to help this lift.
Lat Pulldowns 4 x 8 x 11 plates
CSR 3 x 6 x 45kg - Really hard machine this - must mean it's working.
Lat Machine Abs 3 x 15
Parallel bar leg raises 3 x 10

98kgs. I am, however, a smidgen over 6 foot 7, so as you can imagine most of my failures in pushing decent numbers in the squat and bench come down to:
1) Having a mile to travel to reach the required reversing point.
2) Being made of pipe cleaners and bendy straws.
3) Being weak as a kitten and not much good at either.
I am, however, entertaining the idea of squatting more than once a week. And getting the old belt back on for squats irresepctive of that after the 1s cycle of this 531.

Haha I love beer festivals. I'm "sore" for days after all of the hard work I put in at them.
I also lold at being made of bendy straws. It'll come man! Keep lifting!

Bench (5s Wave)
Military followed by bench?!? What a fanny I have been.
Worked up to 10 x 70kg
5 x 3 x 50kg Quick as you like.
3 x 8 x 52.5kg loooo-oooong 3 count pause at chest on each rep.
3 x 8 Dips w/ a fat ass chain.
3 x 6 x 26kg DB Press
3 x 30 x 3 plates V-Rope Tri Pressdown.
Going to be doing a seperate back day from now on. How bodybuildy.
