Fairly good session today. Happy with the benching at any rate. I lacked focus on the assistance stuff though. Need to work on staying focused after failure. Repetitive problems with high reps at heavy rates causing my right shoulder pops forward after a certain amount of reps and causes my entire base to become unstable and makes lock out difficult therefore s**tting-out on benching. Any recommendations would be fantastic. Wrists didn't give me any trouble today.

You have gay shoulders. However, good flat benching today fanny face. I reckon 60kgx5 will be there very soon. 60kg for at least 3 next week!

Not too shabby today. Would have liked to get either a 70Kg PB or have got another rep out of the Max effort lift. Got some good pointers as to how to improve my lifting technique which is a shambles currently, so I will try to employ them next week. The assistance stuff was all over the place. I was pretty pissed that I didn't succeed at what I wanted to. No injuries.

New PB. Was very happy with today. Would like the 70Kg to be a bit better in terms of form but am happy overall! Form much improved
