Hi guys. I'm new here. Currently in University training with Paul_D & Mike_Hawkins...

STATS:
5' 10"
78Kg

Goals: Bench 80kg, Squat 120kg, DL 170Kg

Going base my training schedule on 531 based on 90% of current maxes.

Biscuits, probably the worst total on Sugden. Let's see what I can do about that...

Biscuits' Bulls**t
Happy overall with the work out today. Should have maybe done some more specific assistance exercises. Max effort could have been better, somehow forgot to use my legs for the 6th rep resulting in a straight leg lift and a failed 7th rep. No injuries.

A s**t-load (technical amount) of light weight squat sets, working on form.
40Kg x 5 wide base squat with and without box.
60Kg x2 for a couple of sets, again with and without box.

1 set of 40Kg x 10 GMs

Biscuits' Bulls**t
Today was one of those sessions where you feel sick, faint, want to go home etc half way through but feel f**king great when you've stuck at it and ground your way through it. Still need to work on the squat form though. Leaning forward far too much and letting the arch in my back go. Will upload a video later to show you the true s**t-ness of it. Made minimal improvement by widening my stance and changing grip slightly. Let down massively by making orgasmic noises while doing split squats. Paul_D appropriately called me a little b**ch. Wrists feel like they've got localised AIDS (Awesome). Will be using wrist wraps fo sho next week.

Cheers mate. Useful for my own reference more than anything. I think I may drop nutrition though as I'm not on a diet. Seems rather pointless.
