Birmingham Strongman?

Member 790, 73 posts	I have to go to Birmingham for a week because of work, are there any gyms with strongman kit in or around Birmingham that I can use Mon-Fri after work? Cheers

Since then they moved the strongman section pal, it's a lot more open now. Your right though before that it was limited to a dark backroom. Last I knew they had about 5 stones 90-170 ish, yoke, farmers handles, log. Of course at that was couple years ago, so I've no idea what it's like more recently

Member 3754, 220 posts SQ 260, BP 190, DL 300 750.0 kgs @ 112kgs UnEq	I Train at central fitness and they have pretty much anything you will need log axle 2 mono lifts loadable giant dumbbell Viking press 3 texas bars bumper plates stones from 80-185kg with height adjustable loading platform yoke farmers kegs from 80-120kg cross carry sled and harness and all the usual gym equipment. 4 quid for a day, they also do a weekly membership for 10 pound I think
