Handstand practice

KB complex (clean, front squat, alternating arms OHP) - 2x20kg 2,3,5,2,3,5,2,3,5 (1 rep each arm for clean and the press only throughout). 2min timer.

Dips - +16x3. 6 sets. 1min timer.
KB OHP - 2x20 x8 alternating arms, x8 double press

Attempted some curls, but right elbow isn't having it.

Time off from the barbell is good, and need some more.

Yesterday - 50mins on bike

Today -

Handstand practice - 5 25s holds
Dips - +16 x15, x10, x8. bw x9. 2min timer. Bit crap today.
DKBFSq - 2x20 - x3. 6 sets
Red band pullaparts - 50 reps

45mins mobility work. Focussing on thoracic/shoulder and hamstrings.

Needed some relaxation/downtime today, very tired.
