I've just looked back a page and saw that you pulled 310 belt only, so maybe it's not quite as unrealistic. Dead lift suits don't add a great deal though. | ||

99.8 340/220/335 895 Member 1002, 1560 posts | I deliberately overtrain with sub-maximal weights. You'll see that a single at around 300 is (at least) a weekly occurence and I never miss any lifts. I am actually already a 330-340 deadlifter and intend to pull 350 in competition this year, possibly at under 100 bodyweight. Doesn't matter that deadlift suits don't give you (comparatively) that much. If you're a serious, competitive powerlifter the 2.5-5% they can give more than warrants their use. | ||
