It's a useful technique gauge... if your balls get tickled by the bar, your hips are too low!

I come up onto my toes at the top of the movement, if that's what you mean, but I start each rep from a fully upright standing position. I don't pull the weight from high blocks to build momentum.

If you dip the legs at the start (as well as rising onto your toes at the top)... that's what I'd call a power shrug.

300kg unequipped pulls routine stuff now mate and at lighter BW.

Do you get much out of a suit? suited 330-340 on the cards? (I'm talking unhitched of course). 350 with a hitch?

That is surely unrealistically optimistic??

I've just looked back a page and saw that you pulled 310 belt only, so maybe it's not quite as unrealistic. Dead lift suits don't add a great deal though.

I deliberately overtrain with sub-maximal weights. You'll see that a single at around 300 is (at least) a weekly occurence and I never miss any lifts.

I am actually already a 330-340 deadlifter and intend to pull 350 in competition this year, possibly at under 100 bodyweight.

Doesn't matter that deadlift suits don't give you (comparatively) that much. If you're a serious, competitive powerlifter the 2.5-5% they can give more than warrants their use.
