Is the gym only open three days a week between the stated times?

i've tried pasquales gym, i think it was called that, in Chorley but the facilities were poor. I don't think the squat rack ever gets used for squatting, and i'm not being faserious either!

I'm working in Warrington next week and would like to train somewhere either monday afternoon/evening or tusday. If the gym is closed before eight, is there anywhere else that's wroth checking out in the area? I'll be benching and squatting on these days

Thanks

Jason

If you cant make Adders for 3-6 (only time it's open) then give Catts in Wigan a try. They're open till a bit later.

yes they have lots of good lifters there (catts), the family who owns it are experienced lifters. Its dirt cheap to train there too. JC,Martin, Mick Ashurst, Ian Shaw, Phil Boyham and Porkpie plus many other all train there.

Thanks guys, I think I'll try and give the Wigan gym a shot on tuesday, not sure I will be finished in work before five

lol it's 2kg! that's hardly a diet, it's a trip to the loo! I understand your point though, being a tad over the weight class limit my self at hte moment

Well I managed to get there on wednesday, and what a good place to train! excellent bars, and very friendly owner and son. Spoke to a guy called Stan who spotted me a few times, and was very helpful

Cracking gym to train in, so thanks for the advice! much appreciated

Evening Gents,

Having lived in Adlington for two years and going to a gym in Manchester after work I've only just discovered the Adlington club tonight believe it or not - through YouTube of all things!

Looking at the posts it's apparent that the gym is only open 3 - 6 M/W/F ... Is there a possibility that if enough people were to commit to going from say 6 - 8 as well then it could stay open 3-8 M/W/F? I'd certainly commit to that if we could get enough people to make it viable as I'm much in favour of decent small gyms where there's a great atmosphere than the large corporate ones (plus it saves driving anywhere)? Or is it only open those hours for other reasons?

I could never go during the day because of working in the City, much the same as other people I suspect?

Thanks a lot
