ok I haven't posted in a long time.

Since December 2014 I decided that by Mid February 2015 I wanted to try for a 100kg bench. I started going to the gym regularly. These are the two sessions where I went for my new 1 rep bp's.

12 - Feb - 15

Barbell Bench Press:

20kg for 10 reps
40kg for 5 reps
60kg for 5 reps
80kg for 3 reps
90kg for 1 rep
95kg for 1 rep
100kg for 1 rep
102.5kg for 1 rep

Back Squat:

20kg for 10 reps
60kg for 5 reps
80kg for 5 reps
100kg for 2 reps
120kg for 1 rep
130kg for 1 rep
140kg for 1 rep


The 140kg went up quick but my back was causing me problems so I called it a day.


23 - Feb - 2015

Back Squat:

20kg for 10 reps
40kg for 8 reps
60kg for 5 reps
80kg for 5 reps
100kg for 2 reps
120kg for 1 rep
130kg for 1 rep
142.5kg for 1 rep


Deadlift:

60kg for 5 reps
90kg for 3 reps
110kg for 2 reps
130kg for 1 rep
140kg for 1 rep
150kg for 1 rep
155kg for 1 rep


Thats the 400kg reached now its time for the beyond.

That's a jolly nice bit of lifting in such a quick timeline , esp the bench
