| All this strongman training is fairly new to me and its my first comp. Been training for only around 6 weeks at it. Going to be around 15 seconds with the farmers based on training. Crap at log.hopefully 3-4 reps if im lucky. Decent with stones but nothing special.hoping to get arond 5ish. Yoke, have no idea, havnt had much practice.will come to you for some advice! Injured my lower back deadlifting about 4 weeks ago so dont know how that will go.if it doesnt heal then may have to give the comp a miss. Hope the training is going weel for all you boys. Looks like some serious competition out there! hopefully see you all in 2 weeks! | |||
