| From my experience 'commercial quality' and £750 don't coincide. Any item of equipment that I compromised quality on in pursuit of a lower price turned out to be a heap of s**t and never lasted. Whereas the kit I went quality first with is still going strong 9 years later despite being abused 6 days/week, 52 weeks/year. | |||

| Always good to see the Caveman find his typing skills! Thanks for your help as always Dan assisting with the humorous weigh in and contest. Obv your opinion will be biased so not suprised that you didnt agree with that decision either. The comp ran smooth and was finished last event at 3hours 45mins. Really dont see why every comp needs to take 6 hours plus.. Maybe instead of blaming other things you should accept that you just wernt strong enough on the day and use that to give you the drive to improve. And your weigh in could of been so much simpler you where 106.7 fully clothed with a hoody on the full works. Instead of going away and sitting in a sauna jst get down to boxers and would of made it easy. | |||

Saturday weigh in @ Spartan Performance 8:30am-9am ONLY. Weigh in limit will be 105.00. Again no exceptions. First event 10am. Spectators welcome. £2.50 payable on the door. Events: 1) Deadlift: 250kg (max reps in 75s) Belt and straps allowed. No suits. 2) Axle Clean + Press: 110kg (max reps in 75s). Belt, single ply elbow sleeves and wrist wraps allowed. 3) Max Squat: 240kg opening weight. 3 lifts allowed. . Belt and knee sleeves only.
