Snatch + 2 Hang Snatch + Overhead squats 40 x 1 + 2 + 1 50 x 1 + 2 + 1 60 x 1 + 2 + 1 70 x 1 + 2 + 1 Strict press, paused 50 x 3 60 x 2 70 x 2 80 x 2 85 x 2 90 x 1 85 x 2 x 2 Push Press 80 x 2 90 x 2 100 x 2 (nearly lost 2nd behind) Neutral pullups Bw x 8 10kg x 8 20kg x 9 Overhand Pullups BW x 8-10 x 4 Mid-trap raises 7kg x 15 x 4 Rear delt raises 7.5kg x 15 10kg x 15 x 4 Bit forward on the snatch, was just going through the motions really and using the OH squat to stretch. Bad habit that, need to treat each rep the same. | |||

He clearly lifts a lot more than me but we basically go set for set and rep for rep with the same percentages. Little bugger is so efficient though. This weekend he hang cleaned 150. Trained most days since last post but was rubbish at logging it here. Start of next few weeks today and it felt great, feel really well conditioned after that last block. Anyway: Squats 60 x 3 100 x 3 120 x 2 130 x 1 140 x 1 150 x 1 142.5 x 5 135 x 5 130 x 5 Snatch from block (mid-thigh) 40 x 3 50 x 3 60 x 2 70 x 2 80 x 2 82.5 x 2 x 2 77.5 x 3 x 2 Cleans 60 x 2 80 x 2 90 x 1 100 x 1 105 x 1 110 x 1 107.5 x 2 x 2 105 x 3 x 2 Jerk Dips 90 x 5 120 x 5 140 x 5 150 x 5 160 x 5 Power Jerk 60 x 3 80 x 3 90 x 2 100 x 1 105 x 1 107.5 x 1 (awesome rep, best I've done I think really effort less) 110 x 1 x 3 Moved the blocks down for snatches and it feels really different; actually have some pull now. Back off sets on 77.5 were really nice, pleased with the last set. Still wouldn't say I've figured out how to do snatch from blocks yet but getting better and wish every power jerk would be like that one set. Need to figure out what I did and replicate it if I can. | |||
