| If Ed can do it, he should get it done and out of his mind, regardless of the extra money for small increments. Then he can concentrate on his continuous improvement towards becoming WSM. Deadlift takes a lot out of you, and if he can dial back a little on this lift then he'll benefit on his all round game. | |||
