(the bench was the worst ever, i couldnt even get the bar off myself as it was so high!) bench 60 - 8 100 - 5 120 - 4 130 - 3 140 - 1 150 - 1 160 - 1 165 - 1 170 - nearly! if the bench wasnt so bad i reckon i would of got it! 145 - 3 145 - 3 145 - 3 145 - 3 140 - 4 The gym only had 30kg dumbells, even though it was 3 storys and had over 40 treadmills. So couldnt do any incline dumbells. incline flys 20 - 8 20 - 8 20 - 8 20 - 8 cable crossovers 17 - 8 17 - 8 17 - 8 17 - 8 (cable machine was also horrible) Happy enough overall with the bench part of the sesh, 170 here i come babyy! | |||

Going to try a load of heavy single rep sets, at say 235 - 240 to see if that'll help boost me up from 250. Any tips? | |||
