Its through the LGC (local governing commitee). Basically they provide grants to any events / fetes / competitions which will bring the local community together / raise money. Grin

80kg, 105kg, 120kg, 135kg, 160kg, Im not expecting anybody to be able to do them all, but if the councils paying for them, i thought i may aswell get myself ready for next year aswell! Grin

Was away in bristol sunday to tuesday so wasnt at my local gym! I do enjoy gyming elsewhere every now and then though!

(the bench was the worst ever, i couldnt even get the bar off myself as it was so high!)

Think im gonna change it abit the next 3 weeks or so as 250 doesnt seem to be getting any easier. Going to try a load of heavy single rep sets, at say 235 - 240 to see if that'll help boost me up from 250. Any tips?
