Jesus, front squats are hard as. I did 120kg for a single the other day and found them hard. Are they worth the effort? What's a good front squat for a 90-100kg lifter? Would 160 be any good? | |||

LOL you f**kers. Andy I'll get you back for that lol. Did indeed have a car crash, the second one in a month, wrote off a £32k BMW (sisters)..Also got tazered by the police and slammed in a psych ward for a month ! I felt at home there, which was nice. Out now and back to concentrating on powerlifting (and taking meds at 10pm every night). BDFPA competitions await I think, maybe even a move back up North. PS. My arse smells of roses. | |||
