4 Weeks out of the European qualifiers and by the time of the competition i wanted to squat 140 bench 100 and dead lift 160.

I dead lifted 170kg for 2 rep, squatted 145kg for 2 rep 4 weeks out of the competition so I have no idea what to expect by the time of the competition. Maybe 200 dead lift? 170 squat? who knows what will happen.I was set to bench 92 kg this morning, that's how I planned the build up,then came another surprise that went up easy so I finished on 97.5kg bench! so never doubt your ability to get stronger in a short time as long as you've got the heart anything possible.

Had a good bench and squat session today got 2 PB's.5 weeks out of competition.

Bench-90kg was hoping to do that for the comp but did it 5 weeks before so not sure what to bench in the competition.

Squat-130kg was a 15kg more than last week. 2 sets,1st set 3 reps. 2nd set 1 rep.

Seen an old friend that i hadn't seen for a long time he came down for a squat session with us.Big lifter for his age never seen so many plates on a bar before!

I tried board pressing for the first time this morning.I was doing it on a 4 board at 100kg which id never do without a board.I still don't really see the point of board pressing.If you can't use a board in competiton why use it training?
