| Anyone competing at the push pull please note that the competition is being held at central fitness gym not at coleshill town hall. The address is Central fitness,Alligator House , 511 Garretts Green Lane , Garretts Green , Birmingham B33 OSG The gym is inside the alligator storage building next door to.... macdonalds I believe lifting starts at 10am | |||

| There are two weigh ins the first is on saturday the 4th between 10am-2pm at coliseum gym, unit 5, the telsen centre, 55 thomas street, aston, birmingham B6 4TN The second is on sunday 5th at the venue between 9am-10am the address for the venue is coleshill town hall, 144 high street, coleshill, birmingham B46 3DG lifting will start at 11am there will be 3 flights flight 1 90kg and under flight 2 100 kg flight 3 over 100kg | |||
