On September the 1st Central Fitness will be opening in south east Birmingham in Sheldon (not far from the A45 or the Airport, right next to Lea Hall train station).


Being opened by myself with Lee Marshall an 11 time world masters powerlifting champion.

Kit Includes

Monolift
Strongman Kit (Log, Stones, Yoke, Chains, Kegs, Sandbags, Axle, Sled)
Power Racks
Olympic Weightlifting Platform
Bumper Plates and Weightlifting Bar (Mens & Womens)
Selection of machines
Cardio Equipment (Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Bikes, Rowers etc)
Power Bars including 25kg Squat Bar, Texas Power Bar, Ivanko Power Bars
Competition Spec Benches

Open early with shower facilities and secure parking

Membership is £25 per month

Come down an have a blast if you are in the area, between us we have over 30 years experience in Strength and conditioning and boast several qualified personal trainers - but not your normal "I've done a course so I'm a PT now" but ones who actually apply things for sports including coaching of weightlifters, powerlifters, strongmen, rugby players and rowers.

good to hear,there will be a separate power room with things like the monolift,power racks,olympic platform and strongman kit with plenty of space left.

you got all strongman kit ,do you still do strongman saw you at seven valley last year

and was that power racks as in more than one

yes we have most things yoke,farmers,axle etc.No i decided to stick to powerlifting
