Id never used that 1 before and by the time i had strapped my feet in and got comfy i thought f*** it .. awful resistance on it and i now know why it gathers dust.

If kettlebells make an appearance in any comp i dont think anyone would bother competing against you. But going by last years final id say your tough opposition in pretty much all events, great standard to aspire to.

Ps .. what isnt travis allowed to attempt tomz

Took it easy tonight as not sure what events training is on the menu tommorow and need to put major effort into the training.

So cardio, stretching and some experimental s**t with some cables and machines nothing worth mentioning really

I know a few people who have got on very well with the Usp labs oxy elite preffering it to the eca blends as they have had good results with minimum side effects (no headaches, cramps, anxiety etc)

But 2 are seasoned bbers and 1 a fitness model so all are sharp with their diet and cardio

Yea im gonna blow that away soon , wasnt training max squat much leading up to st ives. Adopted a wider foot positioning which is a lot more comfortable and feels so much more natural. cant get too far below paralell yet but not really too fussed as im bringing in more squat variation to my training.

Good n bad news at quacks

Good news im ok for training
Bad news was a list of things including dehydration, very high creatinine levels, poor electrolyte levels and a scan showing that i had seperated the thumb knuckle so the pain could be a trapped nerve or something but seeing as it is getting better it cant be too bad.

So plan for next comp is get to weight earlier, maintain weight and health, dieting down hammered my immune system so need to avoid that.
