oswestrys strongest man 2014

Hosting Oswestrys Strongest Man again this year at the same place as last year (Trefonen Field). This will be a light open competition.

Events: (all subject to change if needed)

1. Deadlift - 250kg - Olympic bar - Reps - No straps, no suits. Just chalk. 75 seconds.

2. Yoke - 320kg - 25m - Belt Only

3. Overhead Medley - 110 Keg - 120 Log - 125 axle - 75 dumbell - Beltless - 75 seconds.

4. Carry for distance - subject to item - beltless.

5. Natural Stone loading 100 - 110 - 120 - 140 - 160 - Give or take - Chalk, no tacky. 75 seconds.
