hi im Michael, Mr Small's friend. im livin in midlands - leicester. want to get big and strong, i weight 73 KG. Mr Small;s has put me 5/3/1 programme and im enjoyin it so far and feelin strong!! will keep my journal here cos i forget it.
any feedback welcome!
