Body weight at 150.9kg but feeling mobile!Squats ( apart from last set didn't lock at top of rep just continuous up down) 60x10x2 100x10 140x10 180x10 200x10 230x10. Rep work is something I hate but almost enjoyed tonight! Partial good mornings - one of biggest helps in my back rehab Side bends Plank with 30, 50, 70 kg on back 15min running machine 30sec sprint 30 sec rest Now cold bath. Meal. Sleep. Meal. Sleep. Do. It all again tomorrow | ||
