Pretty sure you done a livi comp I was at benvie
Ill be there.. Trying hard to make the weight, it is comin up really fast, 6weeks.

Nick will be 105? I was expecting him to be 115-120 by now with the Scottish coming up

Just to clarify, the guys at IS think the silver dollar for max, but I think it is for reps increasing weight each rep, could you clear this up please Andy

That's how I read it too, won't matter either way for junior and nick surely though, they'll pull all 8 regardless.

Remembered my password Happy 108.6 this morning dropped my carbs back a bit and the weight just flies off so going to put them back up a bit till nearer the comp .

I'm wanting this to be my last year at this weight class before slowly bulking up so want to make sure I do myself justice.

I'll try get down for one of the practice sessions, need to try the conans wheel and the dumbells.

Comp looks great as always Andy .

Hello guys sorry I don't come on as much as I should, so sorry for wait on questions, the silver dollar deadlift is for increasing weight not max, so every lift the more weight gets thrown in to skips
I hope you are all are training hard and I have taken note of all guys wanting to lift

I am at body power next weekend the following weeken I am at NABBA British and MCing a comp in Ayrshire so I won't be at the gym at all over the next couple of weekends but if someone wants to come down during the week I will try to accommodate them
