We look forward to seeing all the usual faces that have made this comp one of the most popular and fun filled over the years, as well as some new faces. there will be the normal top 3 trophies, the best new comer and the viking helmet for the winner, we will also be giving prize money this time as last year with lots of guys pulling out of brits (including me) it was impossible to cover expenses for brits we will also be running Scotland's Strongest Team and Scotlands strongest Women at the alba west bike show a few weeks after it so keep an eye out for details on this previous winners 2006 Frank Connelly 2007 Frank Connelly 2008 Mike Daly 2009 Craig Callahan 2010 Allan Sneddon 2011 Mike Daly 2012 Stuart Yule | ||

For the conans is the weight added while we've got it in our arms or do we put it down for the weight to be added and finally for the rising bar silver dollar how much weight will be added for each rep? | ||
