Probable events(subject to change):
2" Axle Deadlift (no straps) 220kg (max reps in 75 secs)
Yoke 300kg x 20m (time or distance covered in 75 secs)
Log Clean and Press 100kg (max reps in 75 secs)
Farmers Walk 110kg (each hand) x 40m (turn at 20m)(time or distance covered in 75 secs)
Stone Loading 110kg (tbc) to 48" (max reps in 75 secs)
Top 5 from to go through to England's Strongest Man U105kg.

Iam starting very soon to make up that 25kg difference though! Cant keep giving you big guys this advantage! Carbing up dudes!

I am available for nutrition advice - Ste for bulking, JC for cutting. We have a suana you can use before the weigh-in JC but obviously I do not recommend such reckless behaviour!

looking forward too this !!!! will it be ifsa spec log ? if so to those of you that have used one does the extra diameter make any difference ?

Yes mate, I presume it will be IFSA spc. In my opinion, there is a huge differnec between an 8-9inch log and IFSA log, but at bthat weight, should not be that much of a problem IMO
Edit: Bit OTT saying "huge", there is a deifference, but @ 100KG will be negilible IMO (depending what your log press is of course!!)

Yeah, the log will be IFSA spec, I think the extra diameter makes a difference but then I'm not a log pressing monster like JC! I will be happy with one rep and delighted with two at the moment as it is my 1RM!
