Member 899, 11338 posts SQ 180, BP 132.5, DL 190502.5 kgs @ 118kgs UnEq | The shop "Decathlon" are selling a very quiet turbo with 3 million levels of adjustment for mega discount right now down from like 170 to like 110. Cant remember the brand name but I had a shot and it was smooth. Came with videos etc.

smack the shit out of my pubic bone Member 1902, 919 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 230500.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Anyone venturing out this weekend? I’m managing to get out for a couple of hours on Saturday. Thinking of heading toward Marple Bridge near Stockport with the aim to (very) slowly climb some of the hills around there. I only manage to do 90 miles a week on my commute so need to get some miles in before the Jodrell Sportive in March.

Member 174, 1244 posts | Snowing outside, but because I'm so hardcore/activating beast mode/whichever s**t phrase is currently de rigeur, I did what what was necessary. 45 minutes on the turbo it was then, watching the 95 TDF.

smack the shit out of my pubic bone Member 1902, 919 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 230500.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq | Pain in the arse!!! Just got a jersey I ordered in ‘large’ but its too small. Could just about zip it all the way up! Is the general rule of thumb for cycling clothing to go two sizes up on what you normally are? Going to visit the in-laws this weekend in Mansfield so hoping to get a couple of hours out tomorrow.

It does vary from brand to brand, but generally, cycling sizing doesn't have any correlation to a 'real world' sizing. I'm not a big bloke at all in the strongman/PL scheme of things at 101 kgs but my last pair of bib shorts (Santini) were xxl and are still too tight. I don't know whether this varies if you are buying clothing that is at the top end of the price bracket though, as it's years since I bought anything like that.

Eat.Cycle.Sleep.Win Member 2, 12511 posts SQ 190, BP 150, DL 280620.0 kgs @ 99kgs UnEq Administrator | I have tops that are medium and tops that are XL. They are pretty much the same size. It really does vary from brand to brand.

no longer the Swiss Deadlift record holder Member 3517, 3368 posts SQ 182.5, BP 122.5, DL 255560.0 kgs @ 90kgs UnEq | Post Edited: 01.03.2013 @ 10:54 AM by macroth I'd usually say to go up a size or two, but best to try them out in the store if you can. Clothing manufacturers for endurance sports don't usually have our body types in mind. I'd have to check, but the bib and jersey I bought last year were at least XL if not XXL.
