Ha ha yeah, although the last 2 years I have started benching after the season, benched till xmas, improved it a fair bit, then stopped for 6 months+ I will try not to do that this time.

I know I will eventually bench 200, hopefully before you Grin

Just checked my best session just before my 185 bench was

140 for 8
160 for 2

man I am s**t at reps!

but does suggest I should be close to 200 soon

seems to me that there may be a sneaky race to 200 on the cards Davy?

This is where we differ, I did 140x10 and 160x5 and only did 175, granted I stopped benching after that for 7 months and only been back at it a few weeks.

I think if your trend continues you must be close now. I expect you to win this one, but i will take the challenge anyway Happy

Cheat curls, 40 kgs, 3 sets of 10 reps, crippled, biceps still aching, weakest biceps in my gym Happy

s**tting through the eye of a needle all day, decided to squat anyway

Squats
190 kgs for 7 reps, + 2 reps
210 kgs for 2 reps, + 1 reps
Frustrated, could have had 10 and 4, but was concentrating too much on not s**tting myself, still heaviest double

Leg press, 3 sets of 20 reps
Supersetted
Abz, roll outs, 3 sets of 8 reps

Calf raise
3 sets of 50 reps
