IS today, just a bit of a laugh

Yoke up to 400, then one run, 260 kgs, 20m in 8.3 secs

Shouldn't have done that 400 yoke, felt rubbish today, and my hips were too tight

Squat
190 kgs for 5 reps
210 kgs for 1 rep

Sacked RDLs, turned it into an easy session

Some leg press, done Abz, much food

145 kgs 5 sets of 5 reps, easier as I went along, sore biceps for some reason though

Press ups, 3 sets of 20 reps
Super setted with pull downs, 3 sets of 20 reps

You made the 360 yoke look so easy and 400 looked decent too.
Nice work with the bench and the squatting mate

I was given the option of supplying an "action shot", or they were going to send a photographer to my work to get a portrait shot

"Training" last night, mostly chatting s**t with Drew and Pete

basically resting as I have a 9 week training program written out (with help form Keys) that I am going to start Monday, so I want to be fresh

Power cleans (ish)
up to 120 for 4 singles, one of which I caught, all were plenty high enough to catch

Squats
170 kgs 5 sets of 5 reps, easier each set, no hard reps, just what I wanted. Loads more volume than I've done before

Leg press, 3 sets of 20 reps

Calves and Ab roll outs

Some one leg stuff at home, not much energy though

145 kgs for 9 reps, last rep was solid
175 kgs for 2 reps, 2nd rep slow, but good, best double

Press ups, 3 sets of 20 reps
Supersetteded with
Pull downs, 3 sets of 20 reps

Face pulls 2 sets of 15 reps

Nice volume on the squats and good that the doubles on 175 bench was good.
