smack the shit out of my pubic bone Member 1902, 919 posts SQ 160, BP 110, DL 230 500.0 kgs @ 85kgs UnEq	Hope someone can help me with this... I'll be spending Christmas with the in-laws in Mansfield Notts. and need to find a place to train. I know they have a 'fitness last' there and other similar places but i think they only let members train there. i dont need anywhere flash. Any suggestions would be great! Cheers

Juice loose aboot this hoose Member 1401, 3962 posts SQ 160, BP 107.5, DL 210 477.5 kgs @ 88kgs UnEq	Lived in Mansfield for 3 months and used to go to Body and Soul. Was fine but had no cage for squats, just a smith machine. Ive heard World Physique is pretty good but have never been. Hope that helps

Good place, though when i was there a fair few people were squatting in the smith machine... not seen that in ages
