THEN DEADLIFTS STARTED WITH 120K , THEN 160K , THEN 220K 5 REPS THEN 240K X 5 REPS THEN DOWN TO 230K FOR 5 REPS ALL DON UNEQUIPPED

HOPE TO WORK UPTO 5 X 250K NEXT WEEK

LEG PRESS DID 440K X 6 REPS.
