It was quite quiet tonight but I quite enjoyed this lot, I may just get the hang of this training malarkey. Quiet weekend planned. I have been back at work three days and it feels much longer

I chirped loudly about the incorrect tributary. The big guy that started it said you go then bro! I said no! He was insistent I said no! A beautiful blond got in between us. She liked my stubbornness

Well shiver my timbers ! I don't remember that at all. I assumed it was either Jo or Joe. If I am indeed a womble, I will name myself Dementia. Let's just hope I remember that

It was noticeably easier than last week and I think there in more mileage in this that there is in that. Close grip 60 x 8 70 x 8 80 x 8 90 x 8 This was enough for tonight. I think I have the gist of it now, the detail may need some minor tweaks but I do like the look of this

Hyper obese Pete Member 70, 17923 posts SQ 322.5, BP 205, DL 300827.5 kgs @ 133kgs Eq | Wednesday, 5th September start 16:15 Deadlift, no sleeves, with squat boots 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 60 x 5 100 x 3 120 x 3 140 x 3 150 x 3 160 x 3 170 x 3 180 x 3 Not felt tip top today and the back has been a bit stiff, so gently does it. No heroics, I was going to do three sets at 180 but on reflection I decided to take smaller jumps and just do the one top triple. I rather overdid it on the squat last week, I never though I could get an ache like that from not that much over bodyweight, but it would seem I can and I did. Won't make that mistake again in a hurry.

Sugdens crazy old person. Member 4936, 7288 posts SQ 270, BP 155, DL 270695.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | I am always in situations where people need/want to put me in a hurry mode. Sometimes I’m just not ready to train. I want no set time. I know it sounds so unrealistic. I like a good watch, but where there ever be a time where we have the option not to wear them? Could you be happy without caring what time it is?

Could you be happy without caring what time it is? I always wear a watch, and I couldn't be without the means of knowing the time. Thinking about it, I could go to the gym tomorrow, I would know what time I left work and I would therefore know roughly what time I got there even if the car had no clock. I could then train and leave without knowing the time as I have nothing to be home for, but the thought of not knowing would concern me. Not sure why to be honest. So I don't much care what time it is, but I really like to know what time it is.

I am a bench-only guy Member 3, 10036 posts SQ 185, BP 175, DL 235595.0 kgs @ 140kgs UnEq Administrator | I don't wear a watch at home or work, or if I'm wearing a long-sleeved shirt, so it's not that often that I do. When I do, I wear a single-hand watch, so I only know the time to within a couple of minutes. If you need more than that regularly your life's taken a wrong turn. (Obviously I also carry a 'phone, so if I do need it to the second for some inconceivable reason, it's there.)

Sugdens crazy old person. Member 4936, 7288 posts SQ 270, BP 155, DL 270695.0 kgs @ 100kgs UnEq | The only reason I would use the internet would be research or email. I passed a bunch of test and have a ham radio license. If all my friends passed the test we can all transmit 2 meter and be able to hear all my group by the push of a radio the size slightly larger than a cell phone for no charge 100 or so miles with fm audio clear. I could reach you at night!
