I have to say it's very very hard to predict results this year with some of the random events in the final. They look like they suit Z more than Shaw though.

If a few good squatters get into the final, who wont neccessarily be in the mix for podium, it could really shake things up as regards podium places

ie. if loz, ed, hixx make final you could end up with a situ were Z wins the squat and Brian is back in 7th-8th

I wouldnt be at all suprised if Brian is a far better squatter then we all think he will be.

Agree with the above. He will be the heaviest which is an advantage in squats. Also on that squat video he mentions wearing a suit.

Would be interesting to see which competitors will be wearing a suit.

Apparently a back muscle injury.

with it being earlier this year will it be on tv any earlier or will it still be a festive showing?

I heard from someone i know at Giants Live Australia that Colin Bryce said he'd got a text from Lalas saying he'd injured his back at Arnolds and couldn't compete in WSM.

This was while they were discussing predictions for who would place at WSM.
