Bit of machine reps, and some grip stuff, forearms aching for the first time in as long as I can remember

Will be diet time come new year. Can't justify being this heavy

Power clean into power hang clean
100kgs for 2, 2, 2, lower back started getting a little fatigued, want to be able to train well tomorrow so left it there

after each set of cleans I did a double of the same weight on fronties

Curl and press up to 28kg for 5, again want to press tomorrow so easy

Would have gone heavier but 2 guys squatting hurt their backs and it put me off lol

110kg for 5, 5, 5, last set was tough as I was pretty tired from the squats

in between sets of pressing I did
Squats
150kg for 6 sets of 2

Under 40 mins

105, for 8 sets (total) of 2

Doubles from 14kg to 40kg

19 hour day at work yesterday, all that sitting did me no good

LONG warm up
160kg for 5. Not as pretty as I would like but considering the week I've had not bad at all

RDL
200kg for 5, 5

BTN press
125kg for 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

The rdl and press was done very quickly

Bench 135kg for 10, note to self, 2 warm up sets, not enough

Push press
110kg for 5, 5, 5, 4, a 5th rep would have been hard, so didn't

Squat
150kg for 7 sets of 2, between other sets
