Bench Press w/up 60x15 2 sets 100x6 110x6 120x6 140x1 150x1 Lots of people in gym so got a spotter and went for a heavy single 150 good rep happy with that for now. Incline Bench Press 60x6 80x6 90x6 Pec Deck 50x15 50x15 40x15 Pullovers 30x10 30x10 30x10 Flyes 14x15 16x15 16x15 Good session happy with that shoulders tomorrow will try and work technique on push press. | ||

Barbell Shrugs 100x6 120x6 140x6 160x6 Behind head pulldowns 50x15 60x15 70x15 Sixways 6x10 6x10 6x10 Thats it for today good session technique on push press far better this week still a wee bit to do though. Legs tomorrow been watching squatting videos on youtube got a few things to work on hopefully will make a difference should be squatting more. | ||

Squats 60x6 for 3 sets Stiff Leg Deadlift 60x6 for 3 sets Warm up done just waiting on rack now expecting the guy not to be to long, how wrong was i had to wait another 20 min,the guy did about 5 different exercises, what a dick, the worst thing was the weight he was using he didn't even need the rack! Had to start again. Squats 60x10 100x6 120x6 140x6 160x4 180x2 190x1 Good reps had belt a wee bit higher and concentrated on keeping my elbows straight down made a wee bit of a difference. Leg Press 200x6 240x6 280x6 320x6 360x6 Leg Extension 40x15 40x15 40x15 Good mornings 60x10 60x10 60x10 Good session even though it was a bit longer than usual really enjoying the good mornings such a good exercise really felt it after monday's session will hopefully be feeling it tomorrow. | ||

Deadlift w/up 60x10 60x10 100x6 140x6 180x6 200x1 220x1 235x1 Good lifts more there dropped the weight and went for speed. 185x5 185x5 185x5 Close grip pulldowns 60x15 70x15 80x10 Good mornings 60x10 60x10 60x10 Short on time so that was it for today all lifts felt good will increase the weight next week again. | ||

Strict press machine 40x6 60x6 80x6 100x6 push press 80x3 90x3 100x3 105x3 110x3 First rep of the 110 was terrible so put bar down reset went back in and got 3 good reps. Barbell shrugs 100x6 140x6 160x6 40x100 burnout set Rear delt flyes super set with lying front raises 12x12 6x12 12x12 6x12 12x12 6x12 Sixways 5x12 5x12 5x12 Thats it for today back to my own gym tomorrow for legs. | ||

Squats w/up 60x6 2 sets 100x6 120x6 140x6 160x5 180x2 190x1 really good rep someone waiting for rack so that was it wee bit more there though. Leg Press 280x6 320x6 360x6 Leg extension i do 5 sets with 15 kg and only have 15 seconds rest in between sets and i don't put the weight down to keep tension on muscle get a good burn from this. Calf Raises 100x15 100x15 100x15 Dumbbell lunges 20x6 reps each leg 24x6 24x6 Had fun today felt like i worked hard squats coming on nicely. | ||

Bicep curl super set with hammer curl 12x10 12x10 12x10 12x10 12x10 12x10 Seated curl with ez bar 27x15 37x12 42x10 Preacher curl drop set 22x10 17x10 12x10 7x10 3 set of that biceps done, now triceps Tricep rope pulldowns 15x15 drop weight 7.5x15 did three sets of that Bar dips with seated dips 15 reps 15 reps 3 sets of that Incline skull crushers 27x15 32x12 37x10 Thats me for week will go a wee bit lighter next week then do 1 rep maxes following week. | ||

Sometimes small crew doing events in Livingston at Damien's place, sometimes at the warehouse in Motherwell (just stones there usually though), and sometimes at Glasgow Strength (plenty kit, but only short (10m) run). Is damien on sugden? not got any contact details for him. A lot of the crossfit people work and train in my gym a couple of good power lifters there but no strongman stuff that i know off. | ||

I work in a freezer at -21 degrees always get hot flushes in gym with the heat. Poor session today couldn't get rack so had to improvise. Incline Bench w/up 60x10 60x10 80x6 100x6 Dumbbell Benchpress 40x10 46x10 50x7 Chest Press machine 80x6 120x6 130x6 Flyes 20x15 20x15 20x15 Decline Benchpress 70x6 80x6 90x6 100x6 110x6 120x6 Pec Deck 40x15 40x15 40x15 Not happy with that session going to try and do legs tomorrow instead of shoulders not able to train on thursday or friday will try and do shoulders on sunday, hopefully get on the rack tomorrow! | ||

Squats 60x10 60x10 100x6 140x6 160x6 180x2 Thats it back really sore got some ibuleve gel from bag changed exercise and kept going, no pain no gain Leg extension 42.5x15 50x12 60x10 70x8 80x6 90x4 100x2 125x2 Leg press paused 200x10 200x10 200x10 Dumbbell lunges onto 3 inch platform 20x10 each leg 20x10 each leg 20x10 each leg Thats it for today no more training this week will try and get a sneaky one in on Sunday to do shoulders hope my back is ok. | ||
