Only if it's a decent one, some I've tried felt very unpleasant.

Definitely get one got myself one about 6 weeks ago,great bit of kit.ssb close stance box squats great for deadlift assistance work too.

Agree with the others great tool. Although what is the diffrence between a safety squat bar and a "chamberd" bar they look identical to me.
