Hi, no one will probably read this but anyway.

Used to do a bit of training here and there...

Previous best lifts

Deadlift 225kg
Squat 200kg
Push press 90kg

Gonna get this back pretty quick I hope and increase by about 10% and enter a strongman comp!

Axle Clean and Jerk

Worked up to easy 80kgx2

This is like 20% more than my push press, considering this is the first time I've ever jerked, I think I'll stick with it.

High rep stuff

Seated dumbbell press
Dumbbell flies
One arm triceps extensions

4x12 Seated cable rows.
4x10 Reverse flies.

Strange session tonight. Hungover as f**k this morning only had 3.5 hours sleep...

Deadlift

Was up to 180kgx2 then realised I had misloaded one side by 7.5kg extra... back tweaked pretty bad. But I'm a bit gung-ho so I continued.

2x200kg
2x205kg
2x210kg

Amazed with these numbers considering this is only 6 weeks into my training...

Then I realised I did the whole workout with shoes on! The world is strange.

No accessory work as my back was now hurting from the misload.

Hardly any time, quick grip session.

DOH Axle deadlift

Worked up to 2x125kg
Then 10x97.5kg (hang on to last as long as possible)

Was supposed to be squats...

Did 6x125kg
Then second set after 1 rep left calf was f**ked... old ice skating injury back to haunt me... I only seem to squat about 10 times a year Unhappy

Did bar walkouts and stand up to 232.5kg.

Then a f**k tonne of core work.

Have not bothered logging last few pathetic workouts... been tired and ill for a week.

1x2 130kg (misloaded extra 2.5kg on one side...)
1x10 97.5kg
