Reverse band deadlift.

So I've been thinking about trying these never done them before,the plan would be to use a a power rack and attach the bands on the pins highest then work down week by week, anyone tried this before? Any ideas on reps and sets any insight would be appreciated thanks sugs

I was thinking that block / rack pulls basically take the practice of starting at he bottom so with reverse bands I get to practice the mobility part with still working heavy over time, hurt my hip/back just over a month ago and feel lack of mobility may have played a part.
