Im really sorry to hear youve had a rough time, but glad its coming to an end. And yes they probably are good for training. I have put some old school death metal and grindcore on my gyms spotify and its pretty awesome

It's all good brother, what doesn't kill me and aww that. No better thing to take the rage out on that the old 7ft steel bar!
All suggestions fully appreciated for tunes.
Diving back into death metal / gore / speed / grind / heavy / thrash / punk etc again.

All easy but I seem to be naturally inclined to hitch as the speed slows, I suppose that's left over from strongman days. So I think some lock out work is in order for a few weeks or deads against bands.

Easy, havnt done in years, still feel like a big pansy when setting up. Glutes are lacking in squats so these should assist.
