It's good to be back. 2 years of financial/mental hell is coming to an end. This will serve as my rebirth journal. Lol

Also looking forward to seeing what I can do when only training for 3 lifts and not the 500 oddthings that strongman requires. Lol.

are decapitated simply the best gym band ever?

Im really sorry to hear youve had a rough time, but glad its coming to an end. And yes they probably are good for training. I have put some old school death metal and grindcore on my gyms spotify and its pretty awesome

It's all good brother, what doesn't kill me and aww that. No better thing to take the rage out on that the old 7ft steel bar!

All suggestions fully appreciated for tunes.

Diving back into death metal / gore / speed / grind / heavy / thrash / punk etc again. Happy

Where do people buy bands these days?

6am

Deads no belt
70 x8 + 5 cleans
120 x8
160x5
180x3
200x3
210 2x3
200 x3

All easy but I seem to be naturally inclined to hitch as the speed slows, I suppose that's left over from strongman days. So I think some lock out work is in order for a few weeks or deads against bands.

Sumos
120x5
140x5
160 2x3
180x1

Easy, havnt done in years, still feel like a big pansy when setting up. Glutes are lacking in squats so these should assist.

Chins
3x5

Left it there, been doing steel erection all week so pretty sore and tired. Just getting the necessary in.

110kg x3
100kg 3x5

Dumbell seated shoulders
28 x 12
30x 10
30x8

Dips
Bwx8
Bwx6
Bwx4

Various raises and skull crushers with straight bar.

Done.

6am

Parallel box squat
Up to
120 x5
130 x5
140 x3
150 3x3
130 3x5 shoes off. Need to get some cons or similar, this felt much faster but slippy underfoot.

Sumo stiff deads
Up to
130kg 5x8

Working a manual job, cutting and training at 6am is taking a wee while to get used to. any tips greatly welcomed. nay energy for accessory movements.
